Star Wars vs Star Trek
There is a battle among nerds raging over what sci-fi brain poison is better, Star Wars or Star Trek. I saw a graphic similar to this years ago, it was small and low quality but still I enjoyed it thoroughly. I can't seem to find it anymore so I made a better one so I could enjoy it on lonely nights. It also comes in handy by repulsing desperate fat chicks, they are chicks after all and something this nerdy is an anathema to anything with a vagina. Feel free to use it for your own defense.
In my youth I lived for Star Wars, Star Trek and nearly any other sci-fi in between. I read enough Star Wars books as a child to be ranked as a qualified expert should CNN ever call for a Star Wars expert. I read a few Star Trek books on off days and they left a lot to be desired, especially anything written by William Shatner. Shatner should not be writing stories about Captain Kirk, at least Superman has kryptonite for god's sake.
Speaking of awful Star Trek books there is a X-Men/Star Trek The Next Generation crossover pile of trash. I haven't read it of course, no sane person one. I can only guess as to why anyone would write, much less publish such a bizarre story. However my guess is that something must have been written to make Battlefield Earth look like a masterpiece.
If I could only be a Star Wars nerd or a Trekkie? I own a lightsabre, there's your hint.
